Tracked 24, signed for. 1–2 working days after we build your phone. Free.
EU
Tracked courier, 2–4 working days. Free. Duties, where they apply, are paid by you.
Rest of world
Case by case. Email us first — some countries we cannot ship to.
- Every phone is built by hand, so allow 48 hours before dispatch.
- You get a tracking link by email. Nothing else is written down.
- Delivery details are deleted once your parcel is signed for.
Returns — simple, no interrogation
- 30 days from delivery. Send the phone back in the same condition.
- Full refund on the phone within 5 working days of it arriving back.
- The encrypted SIM cannot be refunded once it has been activated — that's how the network works.
- Faulty device? We replace it, and we pay the postage both ways.
