Legitimate use only
ShieldPhone products are sold for lawful privacy and personal security. You must obey all laws where you live, work and travel. We refuse and cancel any order we believe is intended for criminal use, and we cooperate with lawful requests from UK authorities.
Honest security claims
No device is truly "unhackable". GrapheneOS is, in our view, the most hardened mobile operating system available today, and an unregistered encrypted SIM removes the largest identity leak on a normal phone. Together they defeat the overwhelming majority of real-world attacks and tracking. They do not make you invisible, and they do not protect you from your own mistakes.
Trademarks
Google and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. GrapheneOS is an independent open-source project. Signal, Proton and Tor are trademarks of their respective owners. None of these projects or companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with ShieldPhone. We simply install and configure their freely available software.
Warranty
Devices carry a 12-month hardware warranty against faults. Physical damage, water damage and unauthorised modification are not covered. Re-flashing the device yourself voids our support, though we will still talk you through recovery.

Your data
We collect only the information needed to take payment and ship your order. Delivery details are deleted after delivery. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers. We keep no logs of your device usage — we never see it.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Stock counts and limited-time offers shown on this site reflect current inventory batches and may change without notice.
